Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included and intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging and tags.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues, damaged products, defective items, or incorrect products received. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mafarch.com. Please include your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been successfully processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
